This card is made using a Kenny K image. His images are so funky and ideal for teenagers. I want them all, lol.

Hi all

First of all, appologies to everyone for not commenting on all of the lovely blogs everywhere. I have no excuse apart from the fact that I am rubbish :-) Its been a busy day today, shopping all morning, getting some lovely bargains in the sales and then off for dinner with step daughter and her boyfriend, then we went to see Shrek 4. Lovely time was had by all, even though it was a million zillion degrees, lol.

Magnolia Pirate Card

Hi all

Firstly I wanted to appologise for not commenting on everyones blogs. I know I am rubbish at this but I have been even worse lately. But I was on holiday for a few days last week and then I had a manic weekend with my friends in Brighton, so I think I am recovering from exhaustion, lol.

Anyway, enough feeble excuses. Anyone who knows me knows that I dont do it on purpose :-)

It took me about 5 days to make this card because I was so tired and just didnt have the enthusiasm. But at last its finished :-)

Craftalicious CHallenge Number 2

Sophisti - Cats FInal Challenge

We have just discovered that Lisa has deleted the Sophisticats blog without telling us. We did anticipate this may happen and luckily a copy of the blog was made so we will still be able to honour the winners prize and top 3 from the last challenge. We can only assume that Lisa wasn't happy that we didn't see any point in continuing to run her blog until next month when she intended closing it, the sad thing is that deleting it doesn't affect the DT it only affects the people who took the time to enter, so a big thank you from all of us to all who did enter our "splish splash" challenge as always there were so many fabulous entries

Magnolia Football card

Right, this one was a real pain ! It was my friends birthday last Friday and her big love is Manchester United. I have no idea about football and hate it, so as you can imagine, I struggled. I wanted to make it a bit feminine, hence why I stuck a Tilda on it. Luckily enough, Man U are also known as the Red Devils, so I figured that she fitted quite well with the theme :-)

Exciting News

Good afternoon all

Sorry for being AWOL for a while, but I have been away for a few days on a course and then I have had the world and its mother for the Bank Holiday weekend. So I havent even ventured into my craft room ! I am starting to twitch ever so slightly, lol.
The good news is that us girls from the Sophisticat DT are setting up our own challenge blog 'Craftalicious Challenges' which will be a fortnightly challenge on a Friday beginning on 4th June.
The reason we have done this is our lovely Jan was asked to take over the Sophisticats DT and she has done a fabulous job, but Lisa, the lady who ran Sophisti-Cats , has announced that she is closing down Sophisticats on 18th July for personal reasons, so we decided there was no point in staying until then and the whole DT will be stepping down after the current challenge and have set up a brand new challenge blog called Craftalicious Challenges.

All the members of the Sophisti-Cats fabulous design team are staying together which is wonderful as we all get on so well and Jans lovely friend Carly will be joining us, so welcome aboard Carly :-)

The current Sophisticats challenge will reamin open as we do not want to let anyone down. The current challenges prize and top 3 will still be awarder, providing that the Sophisticats blog doesnt get closed down early. The whole DT would love for all the followers of the Sophisti - cats challenge to join us over at the Craftilicious Challenge for our challenges and become followers.

Looking forward to seeing all your entries over at Craftilicious :-)
