Anniversary Cards

Hi again

Well, I managed not to kill anyone whilst I was out shopping. Why is it that all the nutters go out on Bank Holdiays ?!?!? Honestly, you would think that its the one time of the year that these people actually drive, lol.

Anyway.... I have two cards that I made for a friends who wanted a couple of anniversary cards to put in her card stash. This one is made using a Magnolia image and the next one is made using a Buzzcraft image

Xmas Snowflake

Hi all

Hope you are all enjoying the bank holiday weekend :-) Shame about the rain, but I would rather have it raining that be at work, lol.

I made this card as a sort of trial. I am experimenting with my Cricut. The snowflakes are cut using my Cricut, Tilda stamp from last years Xmas collection and a doily from stash.

Off shopping now, but will be back later :-)

Craftalicious Challenge #7

Morning :-)

Its time for another challenge over at Craftalicious. It's challenge number 7 and has been set by me. Its a colour theme of purple and green, a nice simple one ( a bit like me)

Here is my card and it's made using a gorgeous image from Some Odd Girl who are our sponsors for this challenge and do some lovely digital images.

The papers are from DCWV and the border has been punched using a Martha Stewart border punch.

Another Box

Hi all

Sorry for the absence but I have been working every day and every evening, so as you can imagine, I am pooped. But I am not working late tonight, I got home at a reasonable time of 7, so that makes a change.

I made this box for my friend who had a baby boy last Sunday.

I made the baby booties out of paper, the first time I have done this and was fairly happy with how they turned out. You can find the template here. Apparantly the girls shoes are easier than the boys.

Anyway, sorry for not hopping over to everyones blogs, but I will do my best to get round on bank holiday Monday :-)

WOJ Wedding

Me again

Forgot to say earlier.... I won Top 3 over at the Totally Tilda Challenge again this week...Woohoo :-)

This card I made using a new WOJ stamp and Nesties that I bought at Stamperama. The paper is from Kanban, the flower I made, the border and the hearts are both made using Martha Stewart border punches.

Get Well Cards

Hi all

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend. I had a fantastic weekend. My blogging friend Judi and her hubby came to stay for the weekend and we went to Stamperama today.I didnt buy too much but enough :-) What a perfect weekend :-)

Back to the cards..... This one is made using a LOTV image and DCWV Baby Boy Papers. I made it for my nan who goes into hospital  for a new knee tomorrow. But when I finished it, I wasnt too keen on it so I made this one instead

I liked the fact that the mouses leg was bandaged up, so thought this one would be more approproate. The image is from WOJ and the papers I printed off from my digi stash.

Think I'll send my nan the pink one :-)

Craftalicious Challenge #6

Hi all

Well, its that time again....Craftalicious Challenge time. The challenge this week is 'Pearls and Swirls' which has been set by the lovely Mandy ( well, she is lovely most of the time, he he ). The Challenge is being sponsored by The Crafty Purple Frog who do the most gorgeous digital decoupage, so well worth popping over and having a look. My card this week has been made using one of the Golden Promises decoupage sheet from The Crafty Purple Frog and the shapes have been die cut using my Cricut machine.

Totally Tilda Challenge # 2 Entry 2

Me again for the last time today :-)

I enjoyed making the Tilda card earlier, so thought I would be greedy and make another one to enter into the Totally Tilda Challenge, lol. This one is using two images from the Magnolia Wedding Collection. Again I have cut the shape out on my Cricut, we were getting on really well today :-) The paper is from Creative Imaginations, the swirls are cut with Tim Holtz dies and the lace is cut using a Martha Stewart punch.

Totally Tilda Challenge #2

Me again :-)

This card I made to enter into the Totally Tilda Challenge which is to make a shaped card. I actually won a place in the top 3 on their first challenge which was wonderful, but i cant get the blinkie to flash like it does on their challenge. Oh well, will have to wait for hubby to come home to fix it, lol. This card was made using the TIlda with Peony stamp, Tilda banner stamp, magnolia blueberry papers, flowers and bling from stash. The shape was cut on my Cricut machine.

THought I would share my first box with you. I made this box for my niece who will be 18 in a couple of weeks. She is studying dance at college and is in love with Disneyland. So I used a paper that I got in America last year which is a Disney paper and inside the box, I have used Toy Story images as that is her favourite film. 

This is the inside. Hope she likes it :-)

Carly's wedding Card

Hi all

Wow, everyone is really quiet at the moment. Think you have all gone on holiday and I must admit, I am sooooo jealous ! Oh well, hopefully I'll win the lottery and will be zomming off on holiday, lol.

Anyway, one of the DT over at Craftalicious, Carly, got married yesterday, so I made this card for her and her new hubby. I have used a Whimsy image that I thought was quite appropriate as I am know as the Pink Fluffy Bunny, lol. The papers are from Papermania Confetti collection.

Last One

I fancied making a girly pink card as I had made one for ooh, must be a week or two, lol. This one took me a while as I started it just before I got sick and have only just finished it. The castle and princess are both Magnolia, coloured with ProMarkers. I cant remember where the papers are from but the flowers are from Orchid Crafts.

So glad I am nearly back....Well, back in body but I dont think my mind was ever here, lol.

Hi all

Hope you are all well :-) I have been a wee bit poorly for the last week, but I am on the mend now. I ahve managed a few cards in the last day or two but didnt get round to putting them on my blog.
